What is Telehealth?
Telehealth/Telemedicine is the electronic delivery of health-related services and information through telecommunication technologies.
It allows long-distance patient and clinician contact, care, advice, reminders, education, intervention, monitoring, and remote admissions. These two-way virtual conversations can be done on a smart device (smartphone, tablet, or computer).

What are my out of pocket costs?
Due to the recent Coronavirus pandemic, many insurance carriers have relaxed certain rules involving telehealth.
Patients are still responsible for their regular copay, coinsurance, or deductible amount. For convenience, any payments can be paid by phone or mailed in.
